FMNR-Project - World Vision Switzerland & Tansania

In February, I was able to visit an FMNR project in Dodoma with World Vision Switzerland. On an area of 25,000 hectares, a simple, cost-effective reforestation method is being implemented by the local farmers to secure and improve their livelihoods. The results are visible: more fertile farmland, higher yields for the farmers & better protection against erosion, desertification and heat.
